I know it sounds weird but some people don't know how to make porridge, so I am going to give instructions to one of the easiest and yummiest breakfasts ever!
Serves 10!
Put five cups of oats in a pan and add ten cups of milk. Put on the stove and stir until it is bubbling. Take off the ring and tip is a slosh of cream if you want or just serves into bowls.
We have many favourite toppings. Here are just some:
Sliced banana
Cinnamon and almonds
Brown Sugar
Apple slices
Honey
Berries
You can try out some of your own ideas as well.
You can use either quick oats or rolled oats. I find rolled oats make the porridge creamier, but that's just my verdict.
I hope you enjoy this breakfast. Tell me if you try it!

Fablehaven: Review
I have just finished reading Fablehaven! It was very exciting.
Fablehaven is a refuge for magical creatures. When Kendra and Seth come to visit they have no idea what an exciting time they are going to have. Their grandpa doesn't mean it to be so exciting, but he didn't count on a very dangerous witch getting loose of the reserve and Kendra and Seth being the only people who could stop her.
I really enjoyed this. You should read it. Remember to tell me what you think of it! I am going to see if I can find the sequel to read. I will hopefully write a review for that once I have read it!

Easy Chocolate Mousse
| ©Photo from taste.com.au |
Here is a favourite recipe of mine, chocolate mousse:
Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 300g good-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup (55g) caster sugar
- 1 tablespoon good-quality cocoa powder, sifted
- 300ml thickened cream, plus extra whipped cream to serve
- Grated chocolate, to serve
- Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pan of gently simmering water (don't let the bowl touch the water). Stir until melted. Remove bowl from heat and set aside to cool slightly.
- Place eggs and sugar in a large bowl and beat with electric beaters for 5 minutes, or until mixture is pale, thick and doubled in volume. Fold in cooled chocolate and cocoa powder until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip cream until thickened (be careful not to over-beat). Use a large metal spoon to carefully fold the cream into the chocolate mixture, trying to keep the mixture as light as possible. Spoon into 6 serving glasses and chill in fridge for at least 1 hour. Remove from fridge 15 minutes before serving, then top with extra whipped cream and grated chocolate to serve
I hope you like this! I got the recipe and picture from Taste.com.au. I forgot to take one of my own!

The Dragon Whisperer
I am hopeless at introductions and telling you about my blog, so I will just go straight into the fun stuff.
The Dragon Whisperer is a story about a girl called Quenelda who has the power to speak to dragons in her mind. When her father says she can't fly until she has trained her young esquire Root, Quenelda panics because she wants to go to the winter Jousts and doesn't think she can train Root in time, but she is determined to try.
I really enjoyed this book. It held me captive the whole way through and I couldn't put it down. When I got to the end I couldn't stop jiggling round, trying to guess what will happen in the next book. I can't wait to find out.
